Everyone gets days where they feel demotivated. A group class could provide the inspiration you need to work harder and give it your all during every session. As you form part of the group, there is a communal sense of accomplishment when you finish your workout for the day.
Group classes also keep you accountable for showing up, keep going at it even when you’re tired, being better than yesterday, and achieving the goals that you set.
Our group classes will once again commence after the end of lockdown. Some classes are still available via telehealth.
